Shipping & Delivery

Delivery costs a flat ₦3,500 to anywhere in Nigeria, no matter how many items you order. No hidden charges, no surprises at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Lagos deliveries are usually faster, often within 1-2 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During festive seasons and big sales, please allow an extra day or two.

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a business day ship the same day. Orders confirmed after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next business day.

Every order gets its own unique tracking link. You'll see it right after payment, and we also send it to your email together with your order confirmation.

We're sorry — we know waiting is not fun. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase it with our delivery partner straight away.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll resend your items or give you a full refund — your choice.
