When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and your order history with us. We only ask for what we need to get your order to you.

We use your information to fulfil your orders, send you order and delivery updates, respond to your messages, and improve our products and service.

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

We work with a small number of trusted providers to run the shop:

• Paystack — processes your payments securely. We never see or store your card details.
• Supabase — securely stores our order and customer records.
• Resend — sends our order confirmation and update emails.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email us at oriconaturalles@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly. We may keep order records where the law requires us to.

We use essential cookies and your browser's storage to keep your cart working. We may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand how people use our site and to improve it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and we may update formulas or packaging from time to time. Always check the ingredient list if you have allergies, and patch-test new products.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Payment is made in full at checkout through Paystack. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successful.

We deliver nationwide within Nigeria. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orico Naturalles is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
